Credit Analysis Reports are available for $25 if inquiring without an enrollment and must be booked online. No submissions are made in consultation to credit bureaus however you can request to be charged al a carte for specific forms.
How this service works: Credit Repair Services are provided based on a flat fee. This fee is set at the time of enrollment and may be different for certain clients due to specials and promotions. You can expect to see results to the information identified in your credit analysis as early as 45 days (due to the COVID19 delay). Payment is accepted via Zelle, CashApp, or through the website portal directly.
In a nutshell, it doesn't matter how many inquiries you have, your package covers up to three rounds of disputing. This can equate to up to 90 days of service, and anything else that occurs within this period. The length of time for a credit report correction to be completed may vary, may take more than 30 days to resolve, and may take more than one approach to resolve. Disputes vary and the methods of disputing can be by regular and/or certified mail, and may require contact with creditors directly while disputing with the bureaus.
All information about the dispute process including times, dates, communication, etc., is available for the consumer to review at any time. Services begin from the date of acquirement/payment. There is a 3 day grace period after payment and enrollment is received before the investigation process begins. Updates are sent to clients periodically via email and visible through the portal.
I do not offer a "membership" to resolve your credit issues, simply a flat rate that resolves your credit needs. No refunds are given for work that has already been scheduled or completed.
In submitting payment for services to initialize, the client agrees that all dispute information and letters will be represented on their behalf to the credit reporting agencies and creditors and authorizes their signature to be used to complete services during each dispute process for that period. It is the responsibility of the client to provide the correct mailing address, proof of identification, and any notification of activity on their credit report or information pertaining to their credit received in the mail to SFLNCS, LLC. This can be emailed or updated through the portal for viewing. Failure to do so in a timely manner may delay completion of services or terminate all services immediately if received out of an unreasonable window of time to take action.
Information by mail will be received via the client address and it is the client's responsibility to update the representative of any information received pertaining to disputes or information regarding their credit profile to ensure efficient service. Changes or inclusions to our central address may be listed on your credit report and have no bearing on any future inquiries or purchases.
Credit information is reported on your credit report but does not mean that information is accurate. It also does not mean that information is wrong either. Under federal law, you have a right to an accurate credit report. You have a right to challenge information you believe may be unverifiable, obsolete, questionable, or incomplete. You do not have the right to challenge everything and anything on your credit reports, including information you believe is 100% accurate, without regard to the laws. You have a right to 100% accuracy of the information on your credit report. And there are laws which protect this right.
